Year Round Community Running Activities
Freedom’s Run supports a variety of year round running activities in the West Virginia Eastern Panhandle, Upper Potomac and Shenandoah
Valley region. Join us for our family group runs every Friday at 5:00pm on the C&O Canal. See Calendar for location. Walkers and runner
of all levels are welcome. Kids welcome too- either on foot, on bike, or in stroller. Come discover some of the beautiful trails in
the Eastern Panhandle, meet other outdoor enthusiasts, and learn some running and training tips from local running and fitness leaders.
